The star is a ver special part of the tree. Josh wanted to put it up this year.

Jarom and Brookly helped sort through ornaments.
Ben just wanted to be on the ladder with or without his Daddy!
Traditions are such a big part of Christmas and it seems every year we have to be very flexible about our traditions. Since we weren't able to put up our outside lights the Saturday after Thanksgiving they didn't make it up this year but plenty of inside decorations did. The kids did some outside lights. Here we are decorating the tree. Josh put up the star and Ben made sure he helped with the high things. I love Christmastime! I love the stories we tell at night and sitting around the tree with the other lights off with a cup of cider or cocoa. I love the peaceful feeling there.
